We will share your identifiers (name and email address) with our email marketing provider to send you the marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in each email. Please note that we will continue to send you notifications necessary for the Services, or requested products or services. Our communications contain tracking technologies to analyze whether a predefined action took place by a recipient, such as opening our communications, in order to better adapt and distribute our communications. When you enroll in one of our schools, we collect and/or may have access to, through the schools, the parent or guardian’s identifiers (name, mailing address, email, phone number, and signature), and financial information (bank account number and routing number, and/or credit card number, credit card expiration date, CVV), to facilitate the student’s enrollment and payment for attending the school. If you use a payment card, you will share your financial information with a third-party payment processor to facilitate your payment. We also collect the child’s identifiers (name, home address, date of birth, and phone number), protected classifications (ethnicity) and health/medical information (medical condition(s) and medications), and identifiers of the child’s emergency contact (name, email address, telephone number) to enroll your child and set up their student file. Please read the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using any website of Sunny Side Childcare, LLC (“SSC”, “our” or “we”), including, but not limited to, sunnysidelithopos.com and sunnysidelancaster.com, as well as any online features, services and/or programs offered by SSC and/or its affiliates, including but not limited to Sunny Side Childcare, LLC, the manager of Sunny Side where these Terms are posted (collectively, the “Website”).
SSC is the owner of Sunny Side Childcare, LLC relating to the establishment and operation of pre-school early learning centers throughout the United States (each a “School”). SSC is engaged in the delivery of education or instructional services and is a licensed ODJFS institution in Ohio.
These Terms do not apply to web pages operated and/or owned by an entity other than SSC and/or its affiliates. Users of web pages operated and/or owned by entities other than SSC and/or its affiliates should refer to the Terms and Conditions in effect for the applicable web page owner.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you should not access or otherwise use the Website. The Website is not intended for, or designed to be used by or attract, children under the age of eighteen (18)

All credit card information that you provide in connection with making a purchase through the Website is transmitted using AES 256-bit encryption technology and processed by a trusted third party merchant processor.
(b) ACCURATE INFORMATION. In creating and using your User Account on the Website, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on any registration form required on the Website (such information being the “Registration Data”); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
